Rehearsals and Events Schedule for Advent

Venue: SSMM Parish Centre 1-3 pm

REHEARSALS:

Advent workshop: Nov. 24th, Sunday - Meeting room, then possible transfer to church
Time: 12:45 - 3 pm (setup at 12:30pm)

Rehearsals for Carolling @ Treaty centre: 1 Dec, Sunday  (Small Hall) Time: 1-3 pm 

Rehearsals for Children's Christmas eve Mass: 
15th Dec (CANCELLED) 
and  22 Dec, Sunday 
(Small Hall) Time: 1-3 pm 

EVENTS: 

Carolling at Treaty Centre for Liesl Angel Trust: 7th Dec, Saturday Set up at 10 am.

10:30 – 12:30 = May and Nik
1 – 2:30pm = Youth/Young Adults ( Vincent to co-ordinate)
2:30 – 3:30 = Cynthia (Some of the above team will stay back to support as musicians during this slot)

Christmas Eve Children's Mass: 24th Dec. Tuesday 6 pm

Christmas Day Mass (to be confirmed)
